Located in Derby 5 miles from I-91 Exit 28, Coutts sits on 35 acres of woods and fields with hiking & skiing trails and a waterfront on lovely Lake Salem. Our campus includes a spacious 4-season Lodge with an industrial size kitchen, 3-season 80 person bunkhouse, 5200 sq ft recreation facility, high & low ropes adventure course, and pump track. Primarily used for our educational programs and summer camps, and special events.
